Coating Pan

   RiddhiCoating Machine is available in  12, 18, 24, 30", 36",42" 48", 60" or 72  " size SS Pan.  Pan is madeof 10 Gauge SS 304 or SS 316, The Base Plate of Pan is S.S.304 6 MM thick. ThePan is provided with 3 Baffles for 36 inches, 4 Baffles for 48 inches. Machine is made of thick MS angle frame , totally enclosed with SSCladding with Standard Gear Box, Motor and Hot Air Blowing arrangement outside.Fabricated structure and all arrangements - except electric control, air filterand SS Pan are inside the enclosure, which makes simple cleanable outsidecovering. Machine is mounted on dynamounts which avoids foundation.  
¡¤        AllRiddhi Coating Machines are provided with interlocked electrical circuit so thatheaters can be operated only after blowers are made "ON" to avoidburning of heaters. SS Coating Pan mouth ring is welded at their rim cavitiesto avoid collection of dirt or contaminated drug. Riddhi Coating machine can beprovided with Redicon / Elecon  Gear Box and NGEF/ Remi Siemens  Motor and all electricals controls are of Siemens or L & Tmake. Thermostat control can be provided on demand. On Customer demand , Gearbox and Electricals including motors can be provided  local make foreconomic purpose.

3)     With Blower On & Off  light indicator Push Button.
 BLOWER
300CFM FOR 24 AND 36 , 500 CFM FOR 48 with dynamic Balancing with 1.5 KW 2 heaters for 300 CFM and 4.5 KW 3 heaters for 48 is advisable. Insulation 2blower with flexible pipe with Fishtail Nozzle can be supplied.
