Based on models HW-JGB-C, HW-JGB-D high-efficiency coating machines has supplemented five more functions as follows:
A) Newly designed main frame: Both sides of main frame adopt dual-layer hinge gate construction, which play roles of sound-proof, heal insulation and easy operation, in order to facilitate the equipping of color copper plate, the width of two sides of the case are broadened.
B) Micro-pressure transducer which satisfies the best coating demand automatically control the open and close of butterfly valve, the air quantity and pressure, to achieve best coating result.
C) The work of recording, saving and printing the process data can be dealt automatically.
D) Have the function of purification, diversion and pressure-control of spraying air source, as well as power cut-off, thus can guarantee normal process for the system of spraying.
E) High-pressure cleanser and hand-operated cleaning gun absolutely lead to performing cleaning process.
