Butyl Extruder Machine JT02

  The butyl glue coating machine of JT02 type, as a semi-automatic coating machine, will be used to put the heated butyl glue onto the aluminum spacer bars of the glass. During the processing, the operator can put the spacer bars on the conveyor and then,keep them moving with the conveyor.As soon as the spacer bars touch a sensor,the driving pulley and glue valve will be started. Next, the press pulley will be moved down owing to the pressure of a cylinder, the aluminum spacer bars will be moved and be glued under the glue nozzle. Finally,when the other sides of the spacer bars almost move to the press pulley, which will move up and automatically stop its gluing operation. Adopts PLC control system, can achieve automatic orientation, transport and gelatinize. Main Elements(temperature controller,hydraulic element PC controller etc.) were name brand products from abroad.
