1.PAPER FEEDER--Adopt oil-free vacuum pump to suck the paper--The feeder head can be adjusted while running--Equipped with the double sheet controller2. SHEET CLEANING UNIT--Press the paper even--Remove the remaining dust after printing--Make the paper surface much more even and smooth after being glazed3. BASE COATING UNIT--Smear the base oil to fill up the paper surface.--Increase the adhesive force between UV layer and oil ink.--Reduce the penetration of UV coating to keep the paper be pure white.--Save the UV oil consumption.4.I.R DRYING UNIT--I.R. drying equipment-- Fan Cooling system--Fit for drying job after smearing with water-base solvent.5.UV COATING UNIT--Equip with high sensitivity air-knife system, and both suitable for thick and thin

--Equip with micro-adjustment control for even smearing effect and UV-oil usage,
