  Main feature and performance
1. The whole technics flow from unwinding of raw material to coating and winding adopts the advancec electric equipments and mechanism equipments, PLC Controller, Human machine interface it could be controlled solely or together with high autoimmunization;
2. The double working position unwinding adopts the automatic rectifying. The rolls cutting and change were automatically without speed reducing. The tension of the unwinding adopts the PLC controller, this ensure unwinding be smooth and in high speed;
3. The speed of extrusion and molding is controlled by PLC. The molding roller, silicone roller and assistant cooling roller adopts recycle water cooling structure, this structure ensure the good coating effect.
4. The double working winding adopts the vector inverter and PLC controller, the rolls cutting and change were automatically without speed reducing.
This machine is suitable for coating laminating on the coil paper, aluminum foil, unwoven fabric, weave, BOPP, PE etc. Adopts the own patent technology, the products have good quality: high peel off stength, good matte effect, symmetrical thickness, good leak tightness and so on. Every standard of the products produced by this machine reach or exceed the indusrty standards. This machine is one of the most advanced heating melt coating and laminating machine in domestic.
